About the HR Manager role

As we scale, hiring is our top task. You will source, screen and onboard people, and shape a warm, clear, honest culture from day one.

DelhiGPT is an AI startup that is scaling fast, and we are building a team of freshers who want to grow with it. This is a full time, 0-1 year experience job. You can work remotely from anywhere in India or from Bangalore. We are open to negotiating the salary for the right talent.

What you will do

• Source and screen candidates across roles
• Schedule interviews and keep candidates informed
• Run onboarding and keep people records tidy
• Write job posts and employer brand content
• Support team culture and feedback

What we are looking for

• Great communication and empathy
• Basics of recruitment and HR processes
• Comfort with LinkedIn and job platforms
• Organised and detail oriented
• MBA in HR or any degree with interest in people work
