About the Data Scientist role

Delhi produces a huge amount of transit, food, places and language data. You will clean it, model it and measure what actually helps users. Expect real experiments, real metrics and a team that reads your analysis and acts on it.

DelhiGPT is an AI startup that is scaling fast, and we are building a team of freshers who want to grow with it. This is a full time, 0-1 year experience job. You can work remotely from anywhere in India or from Bangalore. We are open to negotiating the salary for the right talent.

What you will do

• Explore and clean large datasets about places, routes and user questions
• Build and evaluate ranking, classification and recommendation models
• Design experiments and report results in plain language
• Work with engineers to put models into production
• Track model quality and fix failures

What we are looking for

• Python with pandas, NumPy and scikit-learn
• Good grounding in statistics and probability
• Basic machine learning and model evaluation
• SQL for data pulling and analysis
• Degree in CS, statistics, maths or a related field
